Our Sunday Worship
We have a rich diversity of worship, which ranges from the quiet, reflective early morning Holy Communion service, through the lively, family orientated, mid-morning variety of services to the more varied and thoughtful evening services.
8.30am Holy Communion
These are our more reflective services where we have the opportunity to meet with God at the start of his day. We use the Book of Common Prayer (BCP) on the first Sunday of the month and Common Worship services on other Sundays.
11.00am Family Orientated Worship
In these services there is a rich variety of worship style, with traditional and modern worship hymns and songs. We always try to ‘scratch where people itch’ with good Bible teaching on a passage or theme that challenges us to apply what we are learning to our Christian lives.
Our children and young people have their own teaching most Sundays. But we value the special and dynamic quality they bring to our worship. There is usually a ‘warm up’ activity beginning at 10.45am which sets the scene for what they will be doing in their own activities. They usually leave for their own activities after the first hymn.

6.30pm Evening Worship
These services provide a rich variety of style and worship as we meet together in the evening. These services usually provide us with more opportunity to explore the Bible theme for the day and its application to our lives. These services can be led from members our Church Family

Daily Prayer
Morning Prayer (9.05am) is offered each week day, and we offer prayers for our country and world affairs, our city, our community and the church’s needs to.
L19:Dream
Is an alternative style of worship where prayer, space and quietness with others is explored in a contemporary way. L19:Dream is held on the last Thursday each month and begins at 8pm. We begin and end dream with a café. At the heart of dream is the CORE values, L19:Dream is part of the dream network, and browsing the dream website you’ll discover a number of others around Liverpool and the CORE values.
L19:Messy Church
This is something new and exciting. L19:Messy Church is an opportunity for people of all ages to come together, and to explore a theme through craft, worship and then eating together. It is not exclusively family or children based. While we do have these there are also single and older people too. L19:Messy Church is held once a month an Saturday at 4pm. For more detail browse the Messy Church website.
